Our founders

Nathalie
Sintobin

Nathalie is a seasoned entrepreneur with a heart for positive impact. She founded and steered an international e-commerce leader for decades and brings loads of experience, always no-nonsense approach.

Steve
Stevens

Steve is a champion of young entrepreneurship for over a decade, and has empowered, coached and guided countless founders through his work with numerous student and PhD entrepreneurs. He’s worked with universities and entrepreneurial organisations alike.

These are the values we stand for

  • We're all in this together. We are here for everyone from 18 until 26 years old, living in the EU. No matter their field of study or their background. We especially want to be here for young people from underrepresented backgrounds.

  • We'll give you the tools and support you need to succeed. And that’s not just the practical support, but we also focus on building confidence. Ultimately empowering anyone to maximise their personal potential.

  • We work across Europe and work with fantastic partners to create a thriving European start-up community.

  • We believe experience is a huge advantage to any entrepreneur or intrapreneur. That is why we want to give young potentials the experience that will get them ahead, by giving them access to experts and entrepreneurs from across generations.
